Interactive teaching methods

The aim of implementing education on non-traditional teaching methods is to improve the quality of learning and teaching and to promote excellence in vocational education by developing and adopting modern teaching methods that encourage creativity and innovation among students. The relationship between teaching, knowledge, and student competencies is a central theoretical and practical issue in all educational reforms. Today, there is an increasing emphasis on student interaction and moving away from ex-cathedra teaching. Instead of merely transferring information from the teacher to the student who records it, teaching methods are being promoted that combine traditional teaching methods with non-traditional ones to help students acquire competencies and ensure easier access to information. These methods involve preparing students for problem-solving, discovery, innovation, and learning how to learn, which is the foundation of lifelong learning.

Through this activity, the school enables the development of modern educational competencies for teachers, which will lead to better knowledge acquisition for students. Non-traditional teaching methods will allow teachers to approach students individually and assess the personal capabilities of each student, as every student has their own prior knowledge, learning style, abilities, and preferences, in order to achieve the best learning outcomes and thus provide students with better opportunities in the labor market.
